Privacy is a core part of RenewPro. The app is designed to work locally on your device as much as possible, with no app servers, no personal data collection, no ads, and no tracking.

Data you add
You may add information such as document names, expiry dates, categories, notes, members or departments in Business mode, and reminder preferences. This information is used inside the app to help you track, organize, receive reminders, and generate reports.
Local storage
App data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage where possible. RenewPro does not send your document content or records to an external server.
Smart Scan
Smart Scan processes images locally on your device to help fill certain fields. RenewPro does not upload document images or send them to external servers.
No data collection
RenewPro does not collect personal data from users, does not create marketing profiles, and does not sell or share your data with advertisers or external parties.
No ads or analytics
The app does not contain ads and does not use analytics or tracking tools inside the app.
Notifications
Reminders work as local notifications from your device. You may need to grant notification permission from the operating system. Reminder timing depends on your device settings and local timezone.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and payments are handled through Google Play only. Google may process payment and subscription information under its own policies. RenewPro does not store your card details or payment information.
Reports and export
When you generate a PDF report or export a file, the file becomes your responsibility after saving or sharing it outside the app. Share reports only with parties you trust.
Deleting data
You can delete documents or app data from inside the app or from your device settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove locally stored data from the device.
Children
RenewPro is not specifically directed to children. If used on a shared device, the device owner is responsible for managing access to the data.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the app improves or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
