Purpose of the app
RenewPro is an app for tracking expiry dates of documents, subscriptions, contracts, appointments, and similar items. The app does not renew any document or subscription on your behalf.
Smart Scan is assistive
Smart Scan is an assistive feature only. You should review any extracted information and verify its accuracy before saving or relying on it.
User responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate data, reviewing dates, checking notification settings on your device, and completing any renewal or official process outside the app.
Reminders
RenewPro provides local reminders to help you follow up. Notifications may be affected by device settings, battery saver mode, operating system permissions, timezone changes, or system restrictions. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered in every situation.
Plans and subscriptions
The free plan allows a limited number of documents. Paid plans such as Premium and Business unlock additional features as shown inside the app. Subscriptions are handled through Google Play only and are subject to Google Play cancellation, refund, and subscription management policies.
Business mode
Business mode is designed for local use on one device by one responsible admin. It does not include cloud sync, user roles, team invitations, or a multi-user permission system.
Acceptable use
RenewPro should be used legally and responsibly. You may not use the app to store unlawful content or misuse generated reports or files.
Privacy and storage
RenewPro uses a local-first model with encrypted storage where possible. You are responsible for protecting your device, lock code, local backups if any, and exported files.
Limitation of liability
RenewPro and its developer are not responsible for fines, losses, missed deadlines, notification failures, inaccurate data entry, or any direct or indirect damage resulting from app use.
Changes
These terms may change when the app is updated or improved. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
